All Haddock hats (not marked as streetwear) are handmade by people in Nepal and designed by us in Lofoten.

FAQ
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. Products returned must be unused, clean and with the safety tag on and intact.
To make a return, attach the label for the return shipment to your package and leave it at your nearest post office.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We are shipping from Henningsvær in Norway.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?
All of our clothes are unisex, and we often recommend men to size up and women to size down.
DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes we do. Choose "International shipping" at checkout, and we will send it to you no matter where in the world you´re from
-Bear in mind that shipping fees, e.g. transport costs, and import fees, e.g. duties, can't be reimbursed by HADDOCK unless the product turns out to be defected.
- Please note that we only offer free returns for Norwegian orders at the moment and that returns from other countries can be quite expensive.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please return the original item you have purchased and place a new order if you like to change the style, color and/or size. Instructions for how to return an item is to be found above.
Wrong item
If you, for whatever reason, receive a wrongly packaged item, please contact us and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake as quickly as possible. Important: Please state your order ID in the email.
